Most of us, at some point in our lives, decide that we want to change our body shape. We may wish to lose or to put on weight. Generally, we turn to one of the myriad of diets currently available to us.
Diets are a multi million euro industry. There are many types of diets, some based on calorie counting, some relating to different food groups, and others substituting drinks or meals. All of them imply that the process should be a temporary one.

Changing the mind set towards weight management from one that implies depravation to one that encourages the embrace of a new healthier lifestyle has proven extremely successful for people wishing to achieve their weight goals.

Hypnotherapy can provide a wonderful alternative to the traditional attitude to weight management. Weight Management Hypnotherapy will normally be incorporated into a minimum of three sessions. Spaced at one-weekly intervals, this ensures that you are on track to boost you towards your desired weight.

At the first session, the hypnotherapist will discuss your motives behind the desire to alter weight to ensure that the reasons are healthy and appropriate.

Hypnotherapy will be tailored to your requirements. In addition you will be taught self-hypnosis to help motivate you to continue your healthy eating strategy.
